These terms govern your use of the Voyplan web app, Android app, and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Voyplan is a travel-planning tool that generates itineraries, routes, budget estimates, and booking/place suggestions. It is provided free of charge, "as is", and may change or be discontinued at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; scraping or abusing the APIs; or using it to violate anyone's rights or any law.
You keep ownership of the trips, notes, bookings and photos you add. You grant Voyplan the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you (and to people you choose to share a trip with). You're responsible for the content you add and for having the rights to it.
Itineraries, distances, travel times, budgets, fuel/toll/flight/hotel prices and place suggestions are estimates generated with AI and third-party data. They may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify important details (prices, bookings, opening hours, routes, visa/travel requirements) before you rely on them. Voyplan is not a booking agent and does not sell tickets or reservations.
Voyplan's source code is released under the MIT License. This does not grant rights to the Voyplan name or logo.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyplan and its author are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any estimate or suggestion.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
